What area do you cover?
We are based in Montréal, at 8047 Saint-Hubert Street. For an assignment outside the region, write to us: we will quickly tell you whether we can take it on.
How quickly can you deploy officers?
It depends on the scope of the assignment. We reply within 24 hours, and the start date is set out in black and white in the written plan you approve.
Are your officers licensed?
In Québec, every security officer must hold a licence issued by the Bureau de la sécurité privée. Every officer we deploy holds one.
Can you cover a single event or a single construction phase?
Yes. We handle one-off assignments, such as an event or a construction period, as well as recurring ones.
How do you set your prices?
Each assignment is assessed based on the number of officers, the schedule, the duration and the type of site. You receive a detailed written proposal before any commitment.
How do you keep my file confidential?
A non-disclosure agreement is signed before we discuss any details. Only your mission director and the officers assigned to your file have access to it.
